At RainbowArts, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
As our creations are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural—these are part of the product’s unique character, not defects.
Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing defect
Please Note:
- Minor irregularities are a natural outcome of handcrafted work
- Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible
- Customized or bulk orders cannot be exchanged
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Kindly share:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory) showing the package being opened
- Images of the packaging
Requests raised without proper proof or after 24 hours may not be accepted. Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Exchange Process
Once approved:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged
- The product will undergo a quality check upon return
After Approval:
- A replacement will be shipped
If Replacement is Unavailable:
- A refund will be processed (excluding shipping/delivery charges)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For non-online payments, bank details will be required
Important Guidelines
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified
- No return/exchange on sale items
- Refunds will not be applicable in case of:
- Incorrect shipping details
- Failed delivery attempts
- Order refusal
- Please check the package upon delivery
- If damaged, mark as “Received Damaged” with the courier
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
- Delays may occur due to external factors
If delays are significantly extended, you may contact our support team.
Out of Stock Orders
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after purchase:
- We will attempt restocking
- If not possible, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued
Customers Responsibility
Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
