1. Product & Craftsmanship

At RainbowArts, every piece is handcrafted with care.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, texture, or size may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

We are not liable for damage caused due to improper handling, dropping, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at checkout
• We accept:

  • UPI / Online Payments

RainbowArts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

• Payment failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Duplicate or suspicious transactions

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

In rare cases where an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

A full refund will be issued, or an alternative product may be offered with customer consent.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• High order volumes
• Festive seasons
• Unforeseen logistical delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

5. Shipping Benefits

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2999
• Standard shipping charges apply to orders below this amount

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

RainbowArts will not be liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, we follow a strict return & exchange policy:

• Exchanges are only applicable for items that arrive damaged or defective
• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Customers must provide:

• Clear images
• Unboxing video as proof

If approved:

• A replacement will be provided (subject to availability)
• If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed
